BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • Each deal has its own travel validity and booking period and is not valid during peak travel periods, public holidays including destination holidays, trade fairs, conventions and embargo/blackout days.
  • The published rates are based on the lowest available price, a fare difference applies to some selected airport of origin.
  • A minimum of two (2) adults required to qualify for the rate; less will incur a surcharge.
  • Surcharge may apply to non-Philippine passport holders.
  • All items in the package are non-refundable. Rebooking is subject for approval and availability, applicable fees/penalty charges may apply.
  • Airline and Flight Schedule are subject to availability.
  • Hotels/Rooms are subject to availability.
  • Airline Taxes, Visa Processing Fee, and PH Travel Tax is not included.
  • Free Airport and Tour Transfer Services are on a Seat-In-Coach basis.
  • Once booking is confirmed, name change is strictly prohibited.
  • Published rates are all promotional and are based on existing lowest-priced service, and cannot be purchased in conjunction with government mandated discounts (e.g. Senior Citizen and/or PWD discounts)
  • Children between the age 2 to 5 are entitled to a 20% discount with at least two full-paying adults.
  • Infants (below 2 years old) will be charged a minimum handling fee and are on a lap seat basis.
  • Children and Infants are not entitled to breakfast.

BOOKING PROCESS

  • Fill up and submit the Inquiry Form.
  • A representative will contact you within 24 hours.
  • A quotation will be sent via your preferred channel for your review.
  • Send us the payment via the method of your choice.
  • Provide proof of payment.
  • Fill up and submit the Reservation Form.
  • An Invoice will be sent as proof of purchase once payment has reflected.
  • A Travel Voucher will be sent within 5 business days after as proof of reservation.
  • The official Travel Document will be sent at least one (1) week before the travel date.
  • Print and prepare for an unforgettable journey!
